What is a waste transfer note?
A waste transfer note (wtn) is a document required by law, this shows where your waste has come from and where it is has gone, we provide a wtn for every collection this is sent electronically to your email address.
Do we have to load the truck?
Your hard work is done! you can relax grab a cup of tea, our team will load the truck.
How will i know when you are collecting?
This information will be on your booking confirmation email and you will receive a text message 30 mins before our truck team arrives.
Do you collect fridges?
Yes we collect and dispose of discarded refrigerator’s.
Do you donate items to charity?
Absolutely (if the customer requests this) we love to see items reused before recycle.

Do you charge a call out fee?
We charge a flat rate of £39.50 service area transport fee – this keeps disposal item prices as low as possible.
